iHuman Perry Soloman Preview

A 26-year-old woman with a decade-long history of headaches presents with increasingly severe and disabling one-sided headaches over the past few months. These headaches now occur every one to two weeks, lasting as long as 15 hours. She identifies triggers such as chocolate, junk food, red wine, and the added pressures of graduate school and part-time employment. Her headaches are accompanied by blurred vision beforehand, as well as nausea, vomiting, sensitivity to light, and sensitivity to sound. Her vital signs and physical examination show no abnormalities.
