Progressively worsening right flank pain

Chills and fever of 100.2°F for 1 day

Nausea and 1 episode of nonbloody vomiting

Denies hematuria, dyspareunia, or menstrual changes (LMP 4 weeks ago)

Physically stable except mild suprapubic and right costovertebral angle tenderness

Sexually active with one partner (spouse)
