69-year-old female with intermittent chest pain iHuman

Past medical history: overweight (BMI high), coronary artery disease (CAD), hypertension (HTN), hyperlipidemia, aortic stenosis

Intermittent diffuse chest pain for 5 days

Each episode lasts less than 5 minutes

Pain worsens with mild exertion

Pain relieved with rest within 3–5 minutes

Associated symptoms: dyspnea and fatigue on exertion

Denies tobacco, alcohol, or drug use

No recent upper respiratory or viral illness

No fever, weight loss, nausea, or vomiting

Vitals: mild tachycardia, otherwise stable

Physical exam: grade II systolic murmur (pre-existing), no other abnormalities
